Clients may request cancellation before the project work begins.
If the project has already started, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the amount of work completed.
Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not applicable for completed digital services including:

If payment has been made and work has not yet started, a refund request may be considered after review.
Project Delay
If delays occur due to missing information, approvals, or content from the client, project timelines may be extended accordingly.
